1. Service Overview

placeprivee.ch is a service provided by PMEtool Sàrl.
It offers a free software tool to generate a ticket placed on the windshield of a vehicle unlawfully occupying a private parking space, to claim a disturbance fee.

Each ticket includes:

• a Swiss payment QR-code,
• the recommended amount (CHF 40 to CHF 60),
• a customizable text with parking info and license plate,
• a unique identifier for payment tracking.

2. Equipment Offered

placeprivee.ch also offers:

• a thermal printer (8 cm width, receipt type) sold for CHF 125 or rented for CHF 5/month,
• plastic sleeves to protect tickets from weather.

3. Compensation Payment

60% of the collected fee is paid to the legitimate space holder.
This requires a signed mandate available in the application.
The service is available in Switzerland for owners, tenants, business owners, and property managers.

4. Data & Security

• Data is encrypted,
• and synchronized on a Swiss-based secure server.

Data is used for:

• tracking payments,
• transferring funds to the rightful owner.

The user's firewall must allow the application to connect to our server.

5. Software and Access

• Free software,
• available on placeprivee.ch,
• available in FR, DE, EN, IT,
• compatible with Windows.

6. Differences with Other Services

• placeprivee.ch pays part of the fee to the rightful owner,
• and provides a physical ticket immediately – unlike parkplatzkontrolle.ch where invoices are sent days later.
