1. Service Overview

placeprivee.ch is a service provided by PMEtool Sàrl.
This service offers free access to a web application and/or a Windows software with more features. After registration, the user can access the same data in both the app and the software. The software allows the creation of a mandate and viewing of recorded compensations. With these tools, the user can generate a ticket to be placed on the windshield of vehicles illegally occupying a private parking space to claim a disturbance fee.

Each ticket includes:

• a unique Swiss payment QR code,
• the compensation amount (recommended between CHF 40 and CHF 60),
• a text identifying the parking space and license plate,
• an identifier to track payment.

2. Offered Equipment

placeprivee.ch also optionally offers:

• a portable printer compatible with IOS/Android phones or PCs (8 cm wide, receipt printer type) sold for CHF 75.-,
• print rolls for the portable printer,
• transparent envelopes to protect tickets from weather.

3. Compensation Payment

60% of the paid compensation is returned to the entitled parking space holder.
This payment requires a signed intervention mandate available only in the software.
The service is intended for property owners, tenants, business owners with private spaces, and real estate managers in Switzerland. Verification documents regarding the right to collect compensation are usually required before the first payment (e.g., lease contract, land registry extract, mandate, etc.).

4. Data and Security

The data recorded in the app or software are:

• encrypted,
• synchronized on a secure server located in Switzerland.

This data is required for:

• payment tracking,
• compensation payment to the rightful party.

To synchronize data between the software and the app, the PC firewall must allow the software to connect to our servers.

5. Service Accessibility

The software and the app are:

• free of charge,
• available at placeprivee.ch,
• multilingual: French, German, English, Italian,
• the software runs on Windows,
• the web app is a PWA (installable on iPhone/Android devices).

6. Differences from Other Services

Unlike other services (e.g., parkplatzkontrolle.ch):

• placeprivee.ch pays the compensation (minus service fees) to the rightful party based on a validated mandate,
• a physical ticket is immediately placed on the vehicle, instead of sending an invoice days later,
• placeprivee.ch is free and does not require a debt collection order,
• registration does not require approval before using the service.
